The transition point is one of the most difficult part in golf.
It’s the phase that separates a great ball striker from a normal average striker. 
In this picture you get the idea of what the body and the club should be doing during this time: 

👉🏻 The body moves down due to the squat 
👉🏻 The left pelvis is moving back - no early extension 
👉🏻 The left shoulder is opening 
👉🏻 The right elbow has dropped in front of the upper body, keeping the right shoulder externally rotated. 
👉🏻 The club is getting shallow
