DB Golf offers Strength & Conditioning classes to help improve your athletic ability.

The process of our program begins with the assessment of your athletic ability as is, followed by a meticulously curated personalized group or individual program.

Our program aims to increase and improve overall functional strength, for consistent athletic performance in adults and juniors.

We pride ourselves in covering all bases of the fitness components:

  • Coordination - The ability to use different parts of the body together efficiently 
  • Agility - to be able to move quickly and easily
  • Power - ability to overcome resistance in the shortest period of time
  • Reaction Time - time needed to respond consciously to an external stimulus 
  • Balance - the ability to be in control of one’s center of mass no matter the plane
  • Speed - the ability to move in one direction as quickly as possible

High performance in any sport requires a characteristic blend of these dimensions; with the help of our in-house collegiate level Kinesiologist, our program is curated with scientific precision to suit the needs of our athletes.
