Terms of Competition
1. GENERAL. The game will be played in accordance with the Rules of Golf as approved by the R&A Rules at the DB Golf Center indoor.
2. ELIGIBILITY. This event is open to all who are of amateur status, in accordance with the Rules of Amateur Status as promulgated by R&A Rules Limited with a valid PC or HI.
3. ENTRY: Registration shall commence on Wed 9th November 2022 and close on Wednesday 30 November 2022.
4. DIVISIONS AND FORMAT OF PLAY.
Juniors:
J: 13 years old and below
Format: Stableford
Adults (above 14yo):
A: from 0 to 15.9
B from 16 to 36
(playing hcp)
Format: Individual stroke play for A division and stableford for B division
Handicap index decimals will be rounded to the nearest whole number to make playing handicap.
(I.E. 15.5 = 15; 17.7 = 18; 3.3 = 3)
5. QUALIFYING ROUNDS:
You are able to select two dates of your choice within the time frame given below.
3 or 4 booths are available for each tee time.
Qualifying rounds will take place over two 9 holes rounds:
· Saturday 3rd December
· Saturday 10th December
· Saturday , 17 December
Tee time: 1pm or 3pm
· Sunday 4th December
· Sunday 11th December
· Sunday 18 December
Tee time: 12pm or 6.30pm
5. QUALIFYING ROUND DRAWLIST
Drawlist will be released on 1 December 2022 by end of the day
6. FINAL ROUND
The Top 4 best results in the 3 divisions will qualify for the 9 holes grand final on 23rd December 2022, followed by the Christmas Party.
7. FEES: $125.00 inclusive of:
a) Two 9 holes rounds
b) Bottle of water for each round
c) Door gift
d) Final round (if qualified)
e) Xmas dinner party on 23rd December
Family package fee is available:
1 Adult and 1 kid (13 yo and below) : $230
2 Adults and 1 kid (13yo and below) : $290
2 Adults and 2 kid (13yo and below): $330
8. WITHDRAWAL/ CANCELLATION. Any withdrawal or cancellation must be made before 1 December 2022. There will be no refund of entry fee after the aforesaid date without a medical reason (medical certificate required). There will also be no refund, partial or full, should any participants fail to turn up.
9. FINAL ROUND PRIZES.
Prizes will be presented to the top 4 best in each category
10. CHRISTMAS PARTY BUFFET.
Starting from 6pm on 23rd December
